Trace the Workday Routine and Desk Use
Begin with the first ten minutes of the Toddington day. Describe where the coat and bag are put away, where the laptop opens and which supplies come out next. Measure the occupied desk and the space used by documents. Then try walking to storage with drawers open, noticing any interruption to that familiar routine.
Explain the changes between concentrated computer work, paper tasks and occasional conversation. If a second person visits, measure their chair and try the route around both seats. Describe shutdown as carefully as setup, including where devices charge and papers are left. Beds Garden Rooms can use those habits when agreeing storage and furniture positions.
