Plan the Work and Creative Setup Together
Measure the computer desk at its full depth, including screen stands and the chair pulled back. List the tools, samples or editing equipment used for the creative task and the space they occupy. Explain which items stay out between sessions. Beds Garden Rooms can then help decide whether one long surface or two separate work areas will feel easier to use.
Follow the routine from arrival to shutdown. Note where a laptop is placed, where reference material opens and how unfinished work is protected during calls. Keep the route to the door clear while cupboards and equipment cases are open. If two people sometimes share the office, test their chair movements at the same time and give each person reachable power and an uncluttered working edge.
