Give the Main Routine First Claim
Describe the most frequent work from arrival to shutdown. Include the desk, screen equipment, occupied chair and anything opened during the day. Measure each item at its largest working position. The first arrangement should feel straightforward before occasional seating or a secondary task takes any floor area, wall space or reachable storage.
If two people use the office at different times, compare their equipment rather than merging both routines into a vague average. One may need a larger screen while another spreads out paperwork. Keep the entrance route available in each setup. Beds Garden Rooms can discuss a room that supports those known changes without constant heavy furniture moves.
